POLINI ALUMINUM CYLINDER KIT FOR VESPA 200 PE – PX 221cc. The Ø68,5 cylinder with 60mm stroke, allows the displacement to increase to 221cc; made of aluminum allows a better heat dissipation by lowering the operating temperature in the most difficult conditions. The cylinder has been renewed by replacing the exhaust mounting, obtained from castings, with a single piece steel manifold fixed with 4 screws to the cylinder. The piston has been entirely redesigned with large passages on its skirt, to facilitate the feeding of the transfer ducts. The shape of the dome has been optimized to increase resistance and cooling. The head with increased finning over the entire surface allows the achievement to the maximum heat dispersion. The dome is entirely machined and coupled to a copper seal to improve performance and optimize cooling; the centering pins of the cylinder allow having a constant squish area over the entire diameter of the cylinder.
