GR Gears has been manufacturing engine components (gearboxes, clutches) as well as axle and bearing components for Piaggio/LML since 1981. Components made by GR Gears can be found in many Piaggio engines. The quality is absolutely convincing. Since they have also proven themselves in everyday use in our own high-performance engines, they are now an integral part of our OEM delivery program.

NOTE: The bearing seat for the primary bearing as well as the circlip groove are very precisely manufactured. The snap ring for securing the primary bearing therefore often fits tightly into the groove.
Slightly removing the surface of the circlip with sandpaper (180 grit) will break up any burrs and allow the circlip to jump into the groove more easily.
