Cristian Mazelli is a dedicated Vespa enthusiast and he has been most active on the Italian scooter racing scene for many years. During his time as a racer he was constantly faced with material and part quality problems he deemed as unsuitable for the task in hand. To ease these bottlenecks in supply he decided to use his career-based knowledge of industrial research and development to create parts under his own name that he now markets under the 'CRIMAZ' logo. Beautifully detailed solutions combined with very high production quality are the results!

The original steering columns included with Vespa 50/N/L/R models always had problems with brake-dive and the subsequent persistent bottoming-out of the original shock absorber. Up till now the only solution was to fight the effects rather than the cause by fitting either uprated springs or complete shock absorbers. This led Cristian from CRIMAZ to design and produce a shock absorber mounting adapter that alters the angle of the trailing-link, improving the overall geometry of the front suspension assembly. Alongside this clever adapter, stainless steel fixing bolts are also included in the delivery.
